Job description

Role & responsibilities

· Manage professional and personal scheduling for Co-Founder, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics

· Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives

· Manage senior executives travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals

· Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database

· Creating format for emails, presentations, and reports.

· Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

Preferred candidate profile-

· Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

· Excellent MS Office, MS Excel and Presentation knowledge

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills

· Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Discretion and confidentiality

· Graduation/MBA degree

· PA diploma or certification is a plus
